Keepers

Spent a few hours on Keepers. There are 6 Keeper destination cards (that start on hexes on A-E and on K). Keepers A-D are actually the Keepers from the expansion text. The issue was however what can you buy from them, and does it matter if you buy from them at their "home turf" or not. 

Conferred with the team and it was clarified and I wrote it down under Shopping at Keepers. I don't think anyone else on the planet knows how it's supposed to work.

Wrote it out and published v1.4.9 - this time with a zip containing epub, mobi and pdf format.
