Current state of the project

Important: if you use the mozilla epub extension, set the reading style to full page, there's something off in the app and it will not render the pages properly in multi-page (the default). Click in the middle, then the bottom-right button.

Added thousands of hyperlinks for ease of navigation. This reference guide is largely (85%) complete now.

Reworked the tutorial. I'll probably release it as a separate artifact and optimize potential printing issues. Step by step clear instructions.
